Summary: Skied Sugarloaf and Saddleback. Nice location for both. House had a very nice sitting area for the number of guests it holds. Well insulated and recently updated. Hard water but Pur filter system in refrigerator provides softer water for drinking. Just is very responsive.

Summary: Two of our children are in college on the west coast and asked for lift tickets for Christmas. We booked this vrbo near Sugarloaf for some fun, quality, family time. It was everything we hoped it would be!

Summary: 5 of us rented this place for a week. We range from 26 to 65 years old. Perfect place for a group of guys to have deer camp. Looking at the original bones and painted over finishes I think we would have preferred it prior to its modern mop n' glow. Nevertheless it worked well for us. The location is perfect for any outdoor endeavor in that area. Three of us are well over 6 feet tall and low fans and a very low loft sleeping area were tricky. The shower and toilet are in seperate rooms which helped with our group coming in from a day afield and spread out the utility bottleneck. Beds are 3 queens and an expanding couch. We brought an air mattress and had plenty of room for it in the loft. In the remodel, outlets and switches have become tricky to find and get used to. We were the first guest to rent so its safe to say this will only get better with use. Host is very easy to communicate with. I left a few suggestions that might help the next guests.
