Positive: The stay was very good and clean.all facilities as mentioned during booking were available. The house is well maintained and in a serene locality. Exactly same as shown in picture. The caretaker were very helpful and responsive. Breakfast was good .

Negative: There was some issue with the electricity. There was frequently power cuts. Though inverter was provided. The property is little difficult to find, there is no signboard and directions to reach there.

Positive: The host was honest and transparent - mentioned all pros and cons at the very beginning. Comfortable stay and great value for money. The location is a little remote, so have your own rented vechile. Note: Only 3 rooms have AC. Not all bathrooms are attached. The cleaning charges are seperate(Rs.400 per cleaning). No hidden charges were asked.

Negative: The rooms were a little dusty on arrival, since the property was not used for a while. Just air out the rooms.

Summary: Comfortable. Value for money.

Negative: Jacuzzi was cold water and considering the definition of Jacuzzi is a hot water tub and I had to pay extra for this feature I was very disappointed

Positive: The place is very beautiful, quiet and peaceful. Best part is KFC, Pizza Hut, Mr. DIY, Vishal Megamart were all about 15 min away by drive. It was also raining heavily and we really enjoyed the waterfall. Great stay definitely recommended, but you should have a vehicle.

Negative: Nothing, everything was good.
