You can use our beach wagon for the short walk to the beach or we'll give you a discount code to rent a LSV (golf cart). LSV's are licensed and you can drive on the island, park near the beach and drive at night.
This home is located in quaint Twin Oaks subdivision in Wild Dunes Resort. It backs up to a lagoon with a view of the golf course. Enjoy the wildlife from the screened in porch. You may see fish jumping, deer, different species of birds and an occasional alligator may swim by. There is easy access to the beach and golf course. (fees are extra for golf).
This cottage was professionally remodeled with updated kitchen, hardwood floors and vaulted living room ceiling. Enjoy the large screened in porch overlooking a lagoon and the 1st hole of the Harbor Course. It has easy access to the beach and golf course.
The cottage has 3 bedrooms that comfortably sleep 6. A master suite with King bed and private bath, queen bed in both the 2nd bedroom and the 3rd bedroom. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom share a bath. There are flat screen smart HD TV's in the living room and every bedroom. A gas grill is provided and High speed wireless internet throughout.
Wild Dunes is home to miles of walking and biking as well as two outstanding golf courses. Owner can direct you to Bike rentals and can be delivered to the home. Beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented and delivered directly to the beach. Food and drinks are available at the boardwalk or restaurants on the island. We also provide a beach wagon for the short walk to the beach.

*Wild Dunes does not allow animals in short term rentals. No animals of any kind are allowed. The owner's family being highly allergic to animal hair, dander and feathers. This poses a severe health hazard to host's family. If a guest brings any animal without notice and authorization, the guest will be asked to leave and no refund will be given.
*There is no access to Wild Dunes Swimming Pools and our neighborhood does not have a pool. Please note as of January 2022, Wild Dunes has cancelled their "Sportscard Program, so any reservations made after January 1, 2022 will not have access to Wild Dunes Pools.
