Positive: Hot tub, and area was lovely. The bright big windows was great to see out.

Negative: The road to the place was off road, would have liked a warning. The stairs up to the second floor are dangerous. The deck outside was so slippery when raining, you had to slide not walk. The shower was shocking, too hot, or most of the time freezing. Place doesn't look like the pictures anymore.

Positive: The house is very cosy, has big windows and despite being in the forest is quite light. It did not take ling to feel at home. Outdoor sitting area is great. Location is really good.

Negative: "Wild" is getting close to abandoned. The house really needs good "spring" cleaning (and little touch ups all over). Open electrical sustem was not the most appealing view from the living room nor we wanted kids to wonder there by accident. Stairs were really difficult for the little ones, and also the privateness expected in Saaremaa was somehow not felt as there are two more properties for rent in 100m radius (i.e. people coming and asking to chekc fuses as their house lost water).
