Summary: Exceptional service and the chalet is located on a road without much through traffic while close to many restaurants and shopping.

Summary: Very comfortable set up with fully equipped kitchen. Clean and quiet. Helpful staff. Would be great with more parking spaces and shower power very low. Maybe specify times laundry is available for guests and seperate designated time for staff to do laundry maybe daytime when most guest are out. Enjoyed the stay.

Summary: The room was clean and staff so helpful. We enjoyed many reccomended places and things based on the staff at the front desk. It has everything you need and even extra things in case you forget. My husband had a zoom meeting in the front space and felt WiFi was excellent and it wasn’t crowded or noisy. We loved the place and will be back! Beds comfy. Stocked appliances and great sharp knife set!

Summary: I was only here for a short time, but I would definitely come back. It’s in a phenomenal location easy to get around very quiet and clean room. I wouldn’t mind owning the whole property if you’d ever want to sell it.

Summary: I don’t normally do reviews of this boutique hotel was excellent. Very clean and the front desk manager, Autumn, was extremely helpful ~when I come back to Naples I will stay at Wiggins Pass chalet. It’s a bargain with a full kitchen and very ample size rooms, they offer a lot for a very reasonable price
