Positive: Loved our stay in the spacious clean and comfy apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped . It is perfect for families . Brilliant !

Negative: They charge you a security deposit of 250€ only by card and it takes time to get it back (nearly a week )

Positive: The apartment was beautiful. Everything was very close. Perfect for a larger group. Would stay again.

Negative: We stayed for 2 days and we did not have any hot water the first day. By the comments of the other reviewers, I can see that this is a constant issue. Slow response from the host, had to contact them on WhatsApp to actually get a response. The wifi instructions are wrong. The password is not on the first router you see (in the hallway), it's on the one under the TV in the living room. They could've made that a bit clearer. But overall, the apartment is great and very clean and nice.

Positive: The apartment is excellent, spacious and well equipped. Everything was spotless and clean. Towels, bed linen, hygiene products. Getting in and out of the accommodation was easy. The location is good as well as the connection to the city center. There are a few markets around accommodation. Host support is great. Easy and fast communication. We have no complaints. Each room has AC. They provide us tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine, as well as bottle of water. There are (looks like brend new) toaster, ketlle, nesspreso and capsules, also tea and sugar. Our group enjoyed it and we will recommend this accommodation to everyone. Perfect, perfect, perfect.
