Positive: The Room was Very Good and matched the Photo Gallery and our Room Facilities that was advertised. The Location was superb. Resort Pool was Excellent too.. Loved it all for Valentines Weekend Away!

Negative: On-site Restaurant was not open at all from the Friday through to the Sunday during our Stay so had to go elsewhere and pay very high rates for a taxi to enjoy a Romantic Valentines Dinner in Mackay. We were aware there was a Restaurant within the Resort Complex but was not told it would not be open at all over the weekend for any Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner!

Positive: Beautiful beachside location, great large swimming pool, spacious room, very comfortable bed, nice decor.

Negative: Very hard to find the room in such a large complex resort. Layout very confusing. Directions were not that clear. Took me 15 minutes and a lot of walking to find the room. Had to ask other guests for directions in the end. The room was a very long way from the carpark. The restaurant was closed during my stay, not many alternative options nearby, had to drive a reasonable distance. The car park was very tight for a large dual cab ute. Many of the carparks were blocked off for construction works which meant competing for the ones that were available.

Summary: A comfortable room in a resort with a great pool and beachside location offering very good value.
