Positive: View was nice, was able to get transportation around the property. Property was kept up well.

Negative: Got bitten up by bugs bad on the last night there, bites still itching and look bad the next day. Water pots and pond are full of mosquito larva. Doors do not seal to keep bugs and critters out. Not sure what bit me up, at least 20 bites that still itch bad, have used creams that should've gotten rid of it by now. Check-in process took a lot of time, Wristbands, being told no personal alcohol allowed on property. A few of the water activities were not open

Positive: Breakfast buffet was good. Variety of site facilities was good. Staff very pleasant.

Negative: Our room had a lot of mosquitoes. We actually had to go and purchase a net for over the bed!

Negative: Nextdoor to a mosque that was annoying to hear the call to pray. Shower drain didn’t handle water and the bathroom flooded.

Positive: Location was great ! Restaurants on site were excellent and the staff were so helpful and friendly!

Negative: Beds were very hard; shower drain didn’t work well and the floor flooded. Should have hand towels and bath towels in the room. We had to request hand towels. No hot water in the morning, but there was at night. Annoying to hear the “call to prayer” from mosque next door …ridiculous we had to awaken to this at 5:00 am!

Summary: Stay was enjoyable overall. The staff are excellent!
