Summary: Nice room with TWO king sized beds and very comfortable sheets. The pool and hot tub was closed. Nice stay.

Summary: My disappointment in my stay at this property is my own fault I guess. Who chooses to stay at a ski resort in July?!?! But we were in Ashland for a meeting and Whitecap Mountain Resort was the the closest hotel that allows dogs. Check in was delayed because no one was at the desk. The facility itself is not updated and is fairly clean, but smelled musty. Same for the room. Musty and old. There was a stand to hold ski equipment, but no hairdryer in the bathroom. This property is remote…nothing else is nearby. Be prepared for that.

Summary: I was unaware of the $25 "resort fee", which I had to pay upon check in. I always feel like that's a "cheap way to get more money off people". Come on, just include it in the cost of the room- that was annoying!!

Summary: We had a great stay at Whitecap. The 3 Queen Suite was perfect for our group, plus our dog Murphy. It was very clean and ready upon our arrival. They did their best to keep lifts open and skiing available despite the very very cold temps. The staff was friendly and Denali was a highlighted staff member throughout the weekend that we saw! Kudos to her hard work. We hope to do another weekend stay in the future here.

Summary: Hot tub wax excellent after a day of skiing. It was nice having the lodging the bar the ski tickets the pool, hot tub right on site. Ski in/ski out.
