Positive: We love this place. Ok, it's a Chef & Brewer but the staff are exceptional, so happy to help and manage to make it feel genuine. Lovely room, bigger than last time, with a separate seating area. Breakfast. There is a good choice. I had the Farmers breakfast this time which was well cooked and delicious. Parking. Plenty of room and it's free. Thoroughly recommended

Positive: Excellent location within short walk of high street. Large free car park. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Good food.

Negative: No lift and quite a lot of stairs. The otherwise excellent breakfast was let down by lukewarm coffee in large pump-action flask.

Positive: Great location, exceptionally friendly staff, great food, beer, value, nice big room. Good restaurant with a varied menu. We were just down the road from Lyndhurst and nicely located just prior to the high street and beautiful walks. Easy to find from the main road.
