Summary: When I got there, they told me they weren't going to be able to honor the rate I had been promised during booking via Hotels. Okay. Whatever. Long trip, 5 hours straight driving without a break, I just wanted to park my items in a room and relaxed. Well, this hotel is amazingly unclean and dated for them not being able to honor Hotel special coupon prices. They should be ashamed for renting our room with the font closet being as messed up as it is. It's like somebody pulled the trim half up, they gave up on the project, and just covered it with dark carpet to hide it. The tile in the bathroom is also coming up and very loose when you step in it, the corners lifting. Stubbed my freaking toe. Random mattresses in the hallway? The elevator was broke for 1 of our 2 day trip. Ice machine broken. But it was relatively clean and a safe place to sleep on vacation, so there's that. The lady at the front desk was very accommodating and kind. So good customer service, building just needs updated badly and the prices need to chill until there's been some modernizing and new carpeting and maybe paint.

Summary: Nice stay and pool and hot tub are good but the room felt dirty, it smells and there was dirt all over the floor. Carpet felt sticky. Tub needs to be replaced. We all refused to shower in it. Front desk was nice and helpful.

Summary: No towels in our room. No working ice machine, no working juice machine. Breakfast was meager and many items were missing. Not a pleasant stay.

Summary: This was significantly cheaper than the Marriott that the rest of the team was staying at. They offered breakfast every morning from 6-9 that was eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, waffles, yogurt, fruit, cereal, bagels etc.. a normal hotel breakfast. They have a working swimming pool & hot tub open til 11p for kids then 11p-12a was for adults only. The outside of this place had me reconsidering what I was doing trying to find a cheaper place.. I’m not sure why.. it just gave me that feel. The inside was very nice. No smell or mustiness. The air conditioner worked. The TV worked. I did have to get my cards fixed for the room. I laid them against my phone and it deactivated them. So watch that! The front desk lady was super nice & helpful.
