Summary: Rooms were small but very nicely decorated. Rooms and hotel were very clean. Breakfast was tasty with many choices. Very good location. Staff was nice and polite.

Summary: Lovely hotel with lovely design. The riverside view room which we stayed in was wonderful as we could see the river and the Imperial Citadel area. It's walking distance to the river and the shopping and eating areas as well. The whole see decoration and theme of the hotel was true to it's name. Buffet breakfast was included and we got to try many local dishes every morning. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Summary: What an amazing hotel. We were so happy to have booked 2 nights in the White Lotus Hue. We took an overnight train from Hanoi to Hue and were a bit tired when we arrived. They took our bags from us, said we could go and use the pool and our room would be ready at 2. We used the pool facilities and had lunch at the restaurant. Our room as was promised was ready at 2 and they remembered us at reception. The room was spacious, had a bath and shower, great air con and fast wifi that didn’t drop anywhere in the hotel. We used the Skybar at happy hour and it had lovely views. The hotel is close to the bridge and lots of nice restaurants, we went to Nina’s cafe, which I would also recommend. I would definitely tell friends and family to book here if they go to Hue.
