Summary: Gorgeous house and first class service from the lovely Ann and Martin! This is one of the best BnB we have stayed in when attending Glyndebourne. Location is perfect and easy to find. Breakfast was cooked to order and delicious with a wide variety on offer. Our room was big with a really comfy sped king sized bed. En-suite bathroom has all the amenities that we need and everywhere was extremely clean. Shower gel, shampoo and hand lotion smelled fabulous!

Summary: This was like staying with friends for a smart weekend in the country. Ann gave us a guided tour, and later showed me round her hi-tech greenhouse when I expressed an interest. The house and garden are fabulous, our room was huge and elegant with a big comfortable bed and a walk-in rainfall shower. There was a lounge room and patio we could use, where you could watch interesting bird species on the feeders. Breakfasts are performance art - Ann and Martin make a big thing of choices in every respect and tend to hover to ensure you have everything you want, so be prepared to be sociable! You need to drive to get to places, Lewes makes an enjoyable day out nearby and there are good pubs around.

Summary: A delightful B&B nestled in the West Sussex countryside. The hosts are warm and welcoming and their home is stunning. Easily on par with a 5 star hotel but with a personal touch. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Summary: Absolutely fabulous. I simply can't find fault. Every help was given including ordering our taxi to Glyndebourne. The room was splendid. Breakfast was perfect. Would not go anywhere else.

Summary: This was simply the best B&B we have ever stayed at. The facility was very nice, the hosts were terrific, and the breakfasts were tremendous. I have both dietary and mobility issues, and Ann & Martin were able to take care of all of them, starting with a lovely room on the ground floor. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Summary: Very comfortable, lovely hosts and a lovely house. It was very quiet and surrounded by woods, though very convenient for visiting Lewes and you can get a train nearby to Brighton. Highly recommended.
