Positive: Excellent and very helpful staff asked them if we could stay an extra night once we where as we changed our travel plans on short notice there was no issue at all got an even nicer room for the extra night and the staff moved our luggage from one room to the other while we were out that day

Positive: This property was amazing. The staff, location and privacy was outstanding. The experience of feeding the monkeys in afternoon was such a highlight. This family really makes your stay homely.

Negative: Power kept going out and no hot water which was same

Positive: Nice location. Everywhere was walking distance. Room and hotel was clean. Pool is cool.

Negative: Breakfast was meh. Waited for some time for it to be prepared. Full carb breakfast.

Positive: Swimming pool was great, you forgot your in the city. Has bar options, staff were very attentive and very nice. The staff were great without asking. Nice breakfast. Room included a shower and a bath which was nice. Good hot shower, views of the swimming pool were nice. Also had a hair dryer, kettle and fridge. Near a location market which was great to wander around

Negative: Location on booking.com on the map was the roundabout. However it also gave a location of behind the bus station (which is where it is at). Was a bit confusing. But was a 5 minute walk walk
