Positive: The room was nice and the staff was friendly.
Negative: I had a room with the balcony with a separate outside entrance, and both nights I was woken up at midnight by loud noise made by guests from the other rooms. The hall stank of cigarette smoke almost the entire time.

Positive: The breakfast area was nice.
Negative: The street this hotel is located is very narrow so there is very little street parking. There is a $10 fee for parking. The room we had was small with twin beds on each side of the room.
Summary: The hotel is ok. Path to Metro is awkward especially when the weather is bad.
