Negative: Need to deep clean as cockroaches around, need to invest & re bump the house, new bathroom and toilet facilities and side tables in the big room, need new aircon, need new kitchen cabinets and plates and cutleries as the house will be great for family gatherings and most importantly the care taker need a better place to live in as well as this is not good to see when the guests arrive at the house.

Positive: Location, the staff (Marites), the space, and proximity to the water. We had a family member in a wheelchair so it was important that we could easily move him around the house and to the beach, so he could enjoy the water. We also brought our family dog. It was great to see Bruno also enjoy the spacious accommodation.

Negative: The facilities have seen better days and would definitely benefit from improvement (cracked bathroom tiles, chipped flooring, aircon in the Master Bedroom not working well). However, these limitations did not detract from our primary need for space, which was amply satisfied. Karaoke singing from guests in the neighboring resorts is par for the course for this specific location - doubly annoying if this singing is bad, haha. Nothing White House could address though. Nevertheless, we did appreciate that loud and disturbing singing is banned after 10 pm (a barangay regulation) and hence, did not have to suffer long.

Positive: love the place itself, spacious perfect for big family. the house needs renovation I guess. Some parts are old like cabinets in master bedroom, the karaoke need some updating, ACs in rooms needs some cleaning or update. The design is old, but functional.

Negative: the beach. We didn't enjoy it. Too much of low tide, as high tide comes at around 5PM of im not mistaken, its dark in the beach, we did really enjoy the beach 😔
