Positive: Location and suites were fantastic, shuttle service and ski in-out service were perfect

Negative: Unfortunately as warned below the spas massage service was rather disappointing as everything can be heard, the general vibe wasn’t very “spa”.

Positive: The staff was great. Front desk staff very helpful. Usually two people so someone always available Great views from room and bar/restaurant. Shuttle service also great.

Negative: The room had no closet and only 2 hooks on the wall. It’s a ski hotel. Skiing requires a lot of clothes and gear and a lot of hooks to hang up that gear and clothing. Installing 8 more of same hooks on the wall would be great for customers and cleaning staff as stuff is off the floor, bed, etc. The pillows were flat. The quality didn’t match the rest of the room/hotel.

Summary: I would definitely return.

Negative: Some noise (bathroom / TV) through the interconnecting door from the next room.

Positive: Donatello was number 1, thank you very much for the service. A luxurious hotel, ski in ski out which is really convenient. The staff took care of everything. Really recommend the whole place. Will come back again

Positive: Loved the location- although I was there for a hike rather than ski, slope going right past the hotel. Loved the view across Cervinia! Staff were all very friendly!! Food was very good too! Stayed in one evening and had the risotto which I found delicious! The outdoor part of the pool is amazing to see the sunset!

Negative: Would be nice to not have to pay extra for the pool but it was very nice whilst in there!
