Summary: This place is beautiful. The view from the back door is stunning. I had no trouble gaining access. I sent the owner a message the day before arrival and she sent the code within minutes. The property is gated with a security guard 24 hours a day. There is plenty of parking. The only complaint I have is that I wish the gym area was air conditioned. It was too hot in there even before sunrise.

Summary: While the property itself is beautiful, we did not have the best experience at Whispering Seas renting with Melanie. We arrived to the condo and the security guard insisted we provide the exact condo number. We provided all of the information Orbitz provided us and there was a lot of confusion. Finally, he made a phone call and the owner of the condo didn't even know we were checking in. She had the wrong date and had not sent any check in instructions whatsoever. The condo was clean, well decorated, and very comfortable. However, there were no instructions and the hot water heater and oven were not turned on. For more than a day, we didn't have hot water and Melanie did not reply to our concern. On the second day, the main entry keypad locked us out and delayed our family from enjoying our vacation again. Lastly, we had problems with the washing machine during our stay and one of the pools was green and covered with slimy algae. There were no signs to indicate it was closed or unsafe. This property has tons of potential, but the owner clearly is not ready to host guests and has very poor communication. I would not recommend staying in this particular unit at Whispering Seas.
