3 Bedroom Apartment in Elkhart

This beautiful, relaxing guest space is a self-contained basement apartment with with its own entry stairway. Totally remodeled in the summer of 2018, it is complete with a full kitchen and cooking essentials. We welcome small groups or families with children. Guests can come and go through a coded entry door. Shopping centers and eateries are 3-5 minutes away. A manicured back yard is also available for rest and relaxation, or just to watch a sunset.

Summary: Didn’t get to spend much time there due to being in the area for a business meeting. It was comfortable and very clean. Easy in and out.

Summary: Beautiful apartment! We have young children and were pleasantly surprised by the accommodations. Fern went the extra mile to be sure there were age appropriate toys, books, two booster seats, and even toddler utensils in the drawer. My kids had a blast! I was also able to cook all meals in the well stocked kitchen. My husband and I are over 6'3" and the basement ceiling did get a little low in spots for us, however we are accustom to this issue. Just and FYI if you are tall. However, if we have to come to Elkhart again, we will plan to stay at the same place - it was that great!

Summary: Staying at Fern's house was perfect for what we needed! A safe, quiet neighborhood. A very clean space with lots of room and a fully equipped kitchen. It was cozy and homey and welcoming. Not to mention Fern and her husband were very friendly and available, if needed, but not intrusive. Communication was great and access to the property was easy. Would stay at Fern's again!
