Positive: Lovely home from home. Very comfortable. A lovely little gem could hardly fault it.

Negative: The site itself didn't seem much, a bit of a let down for what it is. Not much there at all, more care is certainly needed. But the lodge was excellent, except it could do a washing machine for longer stays as there isn't even a launderette onsite.

Summary: Exceptional lodge shame the site lets it down. But don't let that deter you.

Positive: We loved the cosy feel, everything was catered for and more, a lot of thought had been put into the small details. We only stayed one night to finish our holiday with, but would love to come back, it was so comfortable.

Positive: Beautiful, clean and very spacious. Everything you needed. The lodge appeared to be brand new we were very pleased with it. It was lovely watching the deer and rabbits roaming the grounds. The main bed was very comfortable but a little high, we're only short people and it was a bit of a effort to get into bed. Allocated parking right next to the lodge so there was no struggle to find a parking spot. Overall we were very happy with our booking.

Negative: Sofa bed could do with a mattress topper. We arrived after dark and had a real problem finding the lodge as the numbers couldn't be seen on most of them, there needs to be better signage. Also it said there was a one way system in the park but lack of road marking or signs meant we couldn't tell which way the one way system was. The park appears to be a newish concept and there are a few creases to be ironed out. We also didn't appreciate being accused of taking a bale of towels away with us! It spoiled what had been a lovely stay and has put us off booking again which we had planned to do.

Positive: Beautiful caravan nice welcome gifts had a lovely stay wish had been longer but was just for us to take grandsons to Yarmouth to see the fireworks . Will definitely return to have a better look round the park .only thing we could have done with was a teapot as we are tea drinkers 🤣

Positive: It was a very peaceful and relaxing location. Well presented, clean and plenty of storage. Provided all the essentials you would need plus a few extra treats.

Negative: No real negatives, but there was no Freeview on the smart TV so every channel needed an account logged in to watch. There was a spare HDMI lead for laptop/dvd but could do with an input/adapter so you can plug your own smart devices in.
