Positive: Host was very helpful and responsive, checkin couldn't have been easier. The house itself is in a beautiful and quaint rural town in Scotland, so picturesque. It was a very spacious house, the layout was quite quirky with the kitchen on the other side of the house but we enjoyed it! All the rooms had everything we needed (groups of couples for a wedding nearby) plenty of bathrooms to share and beds were very comfortable. Everything was in pristine condition, would definitely recommend staying here!

Positive: Great location. Easy walking throughout Falkland and access to hill walking. Tastefully decorated. Very guest focused. The grandchildren were delighted with the games room.

Negative: The stairs, but only because my husband has a bit of a mobility issue. Didn’t spoil our stay at all though.

Positive: It was self catering. There was plenty space. Everything you needed was in the property. A bit of an unusual layout though.

Negative: Although we really enjoyed our visit the property is a little tired in places.
