Positive: Great little cottage -

Negative: on a busy road, not easy for dog walks in that we chose it for proximity to footpaths but the lane is deadly, and the bridle path had grown over.

Positive: A lovely property in a rural location, and within driving distance to the coast. Lots of fun and interesting attractions in the surrounding area. Facilities at the barn were very good; all that was needed in a home and more.

Negative: Outside areas were overgrown, i.e. plants covering windows. Thus, there were a lot of creepy crawlies inside the property and very little natural light. Also, carpets and sofas were in need of a clean. (Odours)

Positive: We enjoyed our weekend at this lovely property, relaxed in the garden surrounded by trees and birdsong. The kitchen was well equipped and the house was clean and comfortable. I’m sure this place would be amazing in winter too with the fireplace going.

Positive: it was well equipped and spacious enough for 5 adults and a 9yr old boy and his dog

Negative: The carpet in the downstairs bedroom was very stained and the gardens looked uncared for which was a shame as there were some lovely well established shrubs there that could have looked stunning. Also the upstairs family said that it was very hot up there and a fan might have helped. It also would have been nice to have been met on arrival by the owner(s) who were on site.
