Positive: I was also accommodated in July 2024 in this apartment on the 18th floor An apartment with a living room and a bedroom. A beautiful first impression, the view from the 18th floor is very beautiful. It is worth noting that it is a modern building, so every window has very efficient external blinds. The apartment I stayed in did not overlook the train lines, it had a view of the park and the entrance to the building. I didn't like the fact that I found some dirt under the sofa, so it gave me the impression that it was cleaned superficially. Also, on the counter where you could cut with the knife, there were some insects that worried me at first, but I washed that counter one more time to use it. I did not like that the TV is not connected to the antenna or the Netflix service was not available, so the TV was unusable. The sofa in the living room at Jisk was extremely uncomfortable and small. The coffee capsules are not available at the nearby Billa and Spar stores. I was left with only 3 capsules for 5 days. It is very unpleasant to be without coffee. The furniture in the apartment is very worn and damaged, attached photos. The check-in and check-out process seemed robotic to me without human interaction. The price of 200 euros/night seems excessive to me for the way the apartment is furnished and equipped. I liked that I found disinfectant and additional kitchen towels. I am also active in the hotel field, so I hope that the evaluation was done as correctly and fairly as possible. The location and the building are beautiful, only some aspects need to be improved or adjusted according to the customers' expectations.

Positive: It was clean and very close to central station. Literally around the corner. The little balcony was a very nice feature especially since it was unbearably hot during our stay in Vienna. The kitchen was clean and well equipped.

Negative: A penthouse it is not. It’s a 1- Bedroom on the 18th floor (not the top floor of the building like a penthouse) with a balcony in the bedroom. We never made it up to the rooftop (or what seems to be the rooftop in the pictures now) which is a bit deceiving as it leads you to believe it’s part of the “Penthouse” The apartment has significant water damage. The flooring in the kitchen area is completely warped and ruined so that the cabinet door which holds the washing machine won’t even open properly. The washing machine door has some weird goop on it…You can also tell on the walls and by the baseboard coming off in the living room. Service wise it was very mediocre and anonymous. We asked for luggage storage on the first day as we got in at noon but couldn’t check in until three which was promptly denied with no proper recommendations for alternatives. And towards the end of our stay the landlord messaged us at least four times to make sure that we MUST be checked out by 11 am as if letting us stay there was a favor. It honestly really bothered me.
