Positive: You can’t beat the location. The property is well kept. There are plenty of chairs for the beach. Our condo had beach chairs and an umbrella. The catamarans for whale watching, sunset, dinner and snorkeling picked you up right in front in your beach. The walking path went both ways for mikes of beach. It has everything you need including plenty of parking and concierge.

Negative: Each condo that is rented out by individuals or companies are all decorated and cared for by each. Some need alot of updating. The entry ways used to be swept daily from sand. It is not kept up as it used to be. A security person came storming into our condo after 9 pm asking if we smelled smoke. He said someone was complaining about someone smoking which is not allowed. It was not us and he made us feel like it was. I didn’t think that was how it should have been handled. Otherwise, we will continue to vacation there. Thank you
