Positive: location was great

Negative: 1. The windows get fogged up easily in the morning and its difficult to see outside, which is the main usp. 2. No blinds to shut out the intense sun in the afternoons. 3. Disappointing that there were very limited quantities of trash bags, dishwasher soap etc. Would expect the host to keep adequate amount and refill if necessary. However host refused to re-fill during the stay. 4. Lack of ventilation in rooms was bothersome.

Summary: Was ok, some aspects could have been better.

Positive: Great view! The use of a solarium is awesome. We could see down both ends of the beach clearly. The weather was nice and we could see far out into the ocean. This house is perched higher than most in the area providing superior visibility.

Negative: While we were allowed to open windows in near by rooms, we were not allowed to open windows in the solarium itself. The kitchen is small, and no can opener was available. Stairs are steep. Beds are queen size, not king, and none of the bedrooms have an attached bath room.

Summary: Had a great time. The solarium is the best part of this house.
