It is the perfect, relaxing getaway. The view is almost unbelievable in person and the house is so cozy - the perfect vibe for the atmosphere. The beds are also incredibly comfortable which is so rare in a vacation rental. We're already planning our next visit and can't wait to keep coming back for years to come!

There were a few surprises, there were rat droppings in the garage and one of my friends saw a rat on the kitchen counter in the middle of the night getting in to food. The shower head in the master bath is very old, and it comes out so strong it actually hurts, just need a new one. Like I said, we love it and enjoy our time very much!

Summary: Too many superlatives to list about the house but the highlights are spectacular location right on the ocean, very comfortable living room, beds are great, the most movie dvds I have ever seen in a private home, excellent large screen tv and fully stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.
