Summary: Staff are not enough, receptionist even can’t confirm that oor reservation included breakfast or not tell next day we complain to morning manager to grt answer that it is included, they not even put a complementary one small bottle of water in room. And also Bathroom down in lobby and dining area was so dirty at afternoon when we make checkin (that we know that no cleaning staff available all the times)
