Positive: The house was close to local amenities, looked exactly like photos. Was lovely clean kitchen & bathroom with everything you might need during stay. Wine & milk left in fridge for us and chocolate on each of the beds. We will definitely look at booking here again as perfect for visiting our family, it is also easy to message Matt the owner if needed.
Negative: Nothing really other than perhaps could consider putting 3rd stool for eating around the breakfast bar. But wasn't a major problem and won't change my opinion on this lovely house.

Positive: Spacious, clean, modern, beautiful decoration and clear instructions for wifi, TV, shower, cooking hob on table. Very thoughtful small chocolates on pillows. Excellent location 17min to Twycross Zoo. On quiet road. Very friendly and helpful hosts!! :)
Negative: Very little! Walls a bit thin between 2 bedrooms upstairs so can hear sound playing between them. Minor improvements would be to add hand cream next to soap in bathroom, more toiletries and diffusers/toilet freshener.

Negative: Low pressure water and having to text host most days when hot water wasn’t working. Issues were always solved but was slightly annoying.

Positive: We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The location was perfect, just a short distance from Drayton Manor, which made our trip so convenient. The place itself was great: clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Matt and Aime were absolutely fantastic host so accommodating and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We felt very welcomed and well taken care of. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable holiday!
