Positive: We were very happy for our choice to spend honeymoon at The Westin!

Negative: Just a suggestion to concierge to add more info about Eco lagoon tour. Because otherwise people think that only difference is lunch when you have to choose between halfday or full day tour. But after Lunch follows a nice show how to open coconut’s, have to make things from palm leaves, how to dress like local and other stuff. From 12 people on our boat only 4 stayed for Full day, i think more people would book it, if there would be more info. Would be nice if there would be some chairs to sit at smoking areas

Summary: Staff was very friendly! Specialy thanks to staff in VaraVara restaurant, they where amazing!

Positive: The location is beautiful, and the spacious and clean bungalow offers the best views. I had the most relaxing stay. The staff is lovely and very service oriented. I also loved that there are bikes around the resort for getting around the resort. The gym was impeccable, with new and very well maintained equipment and great views. It was nice to work out there.

Negative: The food wasn’t the best, but they’re were kind enough to accommodate changes. Lunch and dinners improved over time. It would be great if they kept the buffet for dinners instead of à la carte menus, as the selection wasn’t great. Not their fault, but I was expecting more wildlife, like fish, turtles, and maybe even reef sharks, around the bungalow. However, there weren’t many fish, and if you did catch a snorkelling tour, you could definitely see more wildlife. This seems to happen across all bungalows, not just Westin.

Positive: Beautiful setting and grounds. The hotel left champagne and a chocolate tort to celebrate our anniversary.

Negative: The golf carts used by the staff move very quickly. It would be wise to give them a bicycle bell to alert guests they are coming up behind them so they can move to the side. Also, the fast moving golf carts were noisy on the wooden walkways between the over the water bungalows during the busy part of the day.

Summary: Our stay was a wonderful treat!
