Beautiful and cozy 1918 farmhouse with pool (Open Mid June-Mid October - unheated - we have a solar cover). Sit on our lounge set overlooking fruit trees and farmland. Grill on the deck and enjoy the firefly light show in the back fields. Open a bottle of wine and start one of our many puzzles or games. Make yourself at home!
2 hrs from NYC. 2.5 hrs from Berkshires, 3 hrs from Philadelphia. Close to Callicoon, Narrowsburg and Livingston Manor!
Our Western Catskills property and thoughtfully decorated home are here for you to unwind, relax and get cozy. With a curated mix of vintage pieces alongside modern touches and conveniences, you will feel comfortable and relaxed during your stay at the farmhouse.
The farmhouse is perfect for up to 6 people— just keep in mind that there's only one full bathroom (and one half)!
You will have access to our beautiful pool and outdoor lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, wood-burning stove, a streaming-ready TV (sorry no cable), books and board games, grill and outdoor dining area, and fast internet service. You have your own office with large desk for your zoom calls so you can get work done in peace and then back to enjoying nature.
We've recently put in ductless AC/Heat units for warm nights and cool days.

Summary: We had such a lovely time and we barely left the property! The kids were in the pool multiple times a day, we used the grill for all of our meals, and made s’mores at the fire pit every night. This house had all the elements for a perfect family getaway!

Summary: The house is beautiful, the land is picturesque and the pool is perfect on a warm summer day. A short drive from Calicoon and Narrowsburg, where there are restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores. The house itself is charming. It has some old-world charm, but has been redone with tones of great modern amentities (AC, great linens, streaming options). Deer often wander through the back yard and the fireflies in the backyard are pretty magical. Me and my family loved it, and we'd definitely consider coming back for a 3rd time.

Summary: Great little getaway, wish we could have stayed longer. The house is perfect, you can tell there was a lot of thought behind everything. We really enjoyed the pool area, very relaxing and quite area.

Summary: We just wrapped up 4-nights at this beautiful farmhouse in Cochecton. The house and surrounding property were great and the owners have thought of everything to make the stay magical. Inside it had all the kitchen and comfort amenities to make us never want to leave. Outside, the rolling lawn, inviting pool and magical late-night firefly show were really special. The host was helpful and although the house is a bit secluded, nearby Callicoon has most everything you need. Highly recommend.

Summary: The recently renovated farmhouse and well maintained grounds provide the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The farmhouse has been very tastefully decorated throughout with every imaginable amenity thoughtfully included. The heated pool was a great hit with our grandson and the deck provides a wonderful setting for dining while enjoying the scenic views of the surrounding countryside. Marni was the perfect host, responding promptly to our queries and ensuring we had a wonderful stay.
