Summary: I had to ask for clean towels twice and there was no one that came around to at least give trash bags. Cheked out of the room and had another stay booked apparently i was in the same room I left my key upfront and came back and the room was untouched again could have left clean towels and vacuumed but nothing. I can say the women at the front desk were so sweet but as far as the stay we wont be going back there again.

Summary: Overall it was a good experience. We weren't comfortable on the 3rd floor but they were so nice about changing the room for us. We decided to stay another night and booked another day!
