Welcome to Elder Ridge, a newer luxury home in Bend's West Side. Close to downtown and the Old Mill District, yet with easy access to Mt Bachelor, a short walk to the Deschutes River Trail, or a short ride to mountain biking on Phil’s Trails. Boasting a fabulous architectural layout, this home has an open floor plan with high ceilings, 2nd floor balcony, contemporary furnishings, and lots of windows throughout. Gorgeous light hardwood floors accent the dining and kitchen areas. An absolutely stunning natural rock enclave frames the backyard for private dining and soaking in the hot tub. This home is ideal for 2 families, an extended family get together or 3 couples.
This is a new vacation rental and has all new furniture and furnishings. A lovely Queen Master Suite with private bath graces the first floor. The upstairs King Master Suite has it's own balcony entry, private bath and door to the backyard hot tub. A second Queen and Twin Bunk complete the third and fourth bedrooms. Summary: This house worked out well for us, 3 adult couples and 2 children. We cooked very little there, and the instruction binder was not up to date regarding things like the HVAC, but we muddled along.

Summary: House was clean and comfortable. Pictures are accurate. Location was great for us. Close to town and bike trails. Kitchen is well equipped. Enjoyed the hot tub. Property managers were very responsive to our needs. Communication was easy. Would stay again!!

Summary: We had a wonderful time. Owner and Management Company were great and easy to communicate with. We had no issues, only fun! There were six of us for a little family reunion. Nice, large kitchen - we cooked one night and enjoyed the convenience of the kitchen. Fantastic location and neighborhood.

Summary: This house was very well laid out with good bedroom/bath combinations, open flow on main level with kitchen/DR/LR, and great yard/hot tub/bbq amenities. Just perfect for 3-4 golfers or family, and wonderful location that's easy to town, great courses, and deschutes river trail.

Summary: We enjoyed this beautiful home. It was convenient the amenities (hot tub and bbq) was very nice at the end of a long day of bowling and nice to be able to cook dinner and hang out with friends. It's a def YES again if the timing worked out. Downside...can't see the address from the street. ;)
