Summary: My boys and their families came. Each had their own bedroom with space. The pool was fenced and the children loved it. The beach was a short walk out the back door and was almost private. The surf was great and the sand was white! It met all our needs. Bedrooms. Beach. Fenced pool. Lots of seating both living room and dining. Two refrigerators! And didn’t have to reserve 7 nights. It was perfect!!!!!

Summary: We have stayed up and down the gulf coast for years. This was definitely our favorite rental. Great beach access. Not near big condos. Plenty of room for a group of 15. Adjacent neighbors hardly noticeable although there were 15 of them as well.

Summary: My family and I absolutely love the house and location. We travel to the area a few times a year and this is by far one of the better places we've rented. Only issue we had was with the TVs in the bedrooms not working, some of the plumbing in the showers were backwards and the warm water was hard to regulate. We also had a small issue with not being able to cool the duplex down, especially at night. Overall, our trip was great and we would rent this property in the future.

Summary: Overall the house was clean. The pool was not clean. It had trash and bugs all in it, the jets were not working, they did come out the next day and clean it when I messaged them. The air broke on the first floor the first day. They did send someone that night with a portable unit for the first floor bedroom but kitchen and living room was hot. They came and fixed the air the next day. We wasn’t lucky enough to get good neighbors in the other half of the house. They blared music and smoked weed till after 2:30am every night . Even when we asked if they could turn it down they didn’t. I messaged the company about it with a video and got no response. The pool wasn’t big enough for the people that was in both sides of the house. If they was all in it, there was no way we could have been too. I would have loved for there to have been curtains on front and back door Because every time our neighbors walked out they could see in our windows. The “lock” on the back door was broke. Furniture was nice and linens were clean. It was definitely nice having two refrigerators. The view of the beach and the beach area was beautiful. I probably wouldn’t book it again unless we had enough people to fill up the whole house.
