Summary: We rented both sides of the house and had the best time being right on the beach! Plenty of amenity space indoor and out.

Summary: We had a total of 30 cousin over 3 generations, ages ranging from 4.9. to 72. We rented both East and West Side of the house. It was great having 2 living rooms, 2 kitchen with 4 refrigerators between the two sides. There was plenty of sleeping accommodation for all. The kitchens were well supplied. It would have been helpful to have had an extra large capacity washer and dryer, so it wouldn’t take as many loads to get all the towels and wash clothes done each day, but even with that, it all worked out. The location was great, short walk to the beach, close to several restaurants and grocery stores. Be warned if any in your party have bad knees; we did, there are a lot of steps to navigate. It would have been very helpful if our older cousins could have used the elevator. Overall it’s a wonderful place to stay. I’m one of the older ones with bad knees, and by the end of the week, they were aching quite a bit. Unless the owners relent on allowing quest to use the elevator, not sure I will go back there. But it truly is a lovely place. I think if you have a large group without any mobility issues this is the place to be.

Summary: My group and I truly enjoyed our stay. The homes were as described in the advertisement. There was a odor in the home. But was easily rectified with air freshener and a candle. The kitchen was well stocked with the plates, pots, pans and utensils. Loved the fact that we had two refrigerators in both homes since our party was over 30 people. The group as a whole stated they got their steps in from the stairs. Thank You
