Summary: Staff is courteous and informative. The rooms are dated, not maintained and the entire place needs to be gutted. No elevators, outside entry to rooms. Cement building so noise is amplified, whether it's people using the stairs, running down the sidewalk outside or the highway right next door. Bedding and towels are dingy and stained, bathroom was probably the cleanest, but water temp changed based on how many other people are using it at the same time. Would not stay here again.
