Fully remolded entertaining kitchen summer 2013, large family room and fireplace. 1.5 acre property, with dock, swimladder and great swimming beach. Bonfire pit and great deck to entertain with direct views of the lake. King bed in master, Queen in second room and bunks for 3 in third bedroom. Pullout couch in family room. Home has numerous lake views and perfect for summer sunsets with the west facing view. Lake minnetonka is 14,000 square foot lake known for great water sports, fishing and swimming with numerous bars and restaurants. Home is within blocks of the largest trailsystem Luce line which is great for biking,running, rollerblading. Home is close to grocery stores, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping. Set 10 minutes from both downtown Wayzata and Exelsior with great restaurants and shopping.

Summary: The property was in excellent condition. Very clean and everything needed for a convenient stay. The owners made contact regularly and did a walkthrough. All questions were answered and needs addressed. Very enjoyable and delightful process and stay! Great home!

Summary: Beautiful home on Lake Minnetonka is a perfect place to be during any season! We've spent time at this cozy home in the Summer and enjoyed the fun on the lake, boating and tubing, playing yard games in the spacious yard and relaxing on the deck with an amazing view of the lake. During the winter, it's a cozy place to hang with family and friends...ice-fishing or skating is always an option on the lake, too! The main floor of this home was recently renovated and is modern and clean, yet comfy. The kitchen is bright and open to the living area. A perfect set-up for socializing with a group. The linens and beds are clean and comfortable. The home is located close to a grocery store, liquor store, gas station and restaurant for easy access to necessities if needed...yet, you feel like you are staying at a fancy cabin on the lake when you are here! Highly recommend!

Summary: I've stayed here a few times for a weekend away with the girls. It is a fabulous location and home for a girls weekend! This would also be a great getaway place for a family as well. There is plenty of room both indoors and outdoors to accommodate. The decor is very stylish and clean. Every room seems to be decorated with purpose and care. The kitchen is large and easy to cook in. The house is equipped with enough pots, pans, and dishes to cook meals without worry. It was nice to not have to bring extra supplies. My biggest worry when I stay away from home is never a worry here. Sleeping and comfort! The beds are so comfortable and the furniture, from the kitchen island stools to the overstuffed couch and chairs, make you feel like this is home! The deck overlooking the lake is very large and the view is beautiful! We found the location to be perfect as well, as we did not want to spend much time away from the cabin and were only a quick drive away to a restaurant and grocery store. 5 Stars from me! I wouldn't want to spend Girls Weekend anywhere else. Check it out!
