Summary: The house was cozy and good for our needs. It provided a place to unwind after the basketball tournament and was close enough to get downtown easily.

Summary: The owner was very accommodating. The parking was very hard as it is on a busy four-lane road and the driveway is very steep and narrow. You can turn around in the back of the house but it is very tight and takes some effort. I had my e-bike with me so the hitch on the back made this even more difficult. When you walk up from the back of the house the porch and furniture doesn't represent the house well. It is on a busy street and the dust is awful so that cute little porch furniture you see in the picture is there but it is very dirty. Granted we came in November and the leaves falling also make everyone's outside dirty. It was Thanksgiving weekend and we had leftovers. The owner accommodated my request to let me in early to put the refrigerator stuff in the house. The cleaning lady was there and she was just mopping the floors and on her way out when we arrived. She said she parks at the church next door and never has had a problem by the way. The oven hadn't been cleaned in a very long time, and the Keriug was flashing that it needed to be descaled and appeared dirty too. We opted to buy tea and use the tea kettle as It was the holiday weekend and we didn't want to bother anyone. We just used the Microwave that we cleaned up instead of the stove. It has comfortable beds in at least two bedrooms we didn't use the twin bed with a trundle and this middle bedroom also had a dog bed and a dog water bowl. The two full-size bathrooms were very clean.
