Positive: I could not have lucked out more with this cute inn. I had two beds with myself on the second/top floor and I was worried about some of the reviews due to unclean bathrooms and mold. I was so relieved when I got there that the room though sparse was very tidy, if old, and the bed was comfy. The shower looks on the dreary side but when I took a shower, I was satisfied with the hot water and the shower pressure. One thing I wish is for disposable slippers, and hooks for towels in the bathroom. The staff was so kind and friendly. They let me borrow a hair dryer and even an iron. Breakfast was very simple but a little peanut butter banana sandwich is enough to start your day without having to venture out for a meal. I was also surprised at the size of the common area on the second floor. It had huge massive couches and games. Lastly I was pleased that although I could hear neighbors from the hallway, even their TV, within my own room directly across from them I could hear nothing. I slept well. The location was amazing and the price unbeatable.

Negative: more hooks for clothing and towels. If you arrive early since it is quite small there is actually no real lobby although there is a chair by the front door.

Negative: The cleaning products used had a strong smell of lemon. I am sensitive to fragrances, and it meant I had a taste of lemon in my mouth the whole time.
