Negative: The hotel is under maintenance, but it is very clean (just did not give the highest grade on that because the balcony seemed to have not been cleaned for a few days, but the room was spotless). The receptionist (she has red hair) is very nice, friendly and pro active. The lady responsible for the breakfast area is wonderful! I wish I could have stayed longer.
