Negative: Bathroom too dark. One of the lightbulbs didn't work and nor did the hairdryer. There was no lightbulb in the bedside lamp.

Positive: Nice location if are into hiking and enjoying the nature around, otherwise it’s quite remote from the civilisation. Good breakfast and very good dinners. Two swimming pools and sauna area. Not crowded, mainly pensioners there.

Negative: Staff don’t speak English (only few of them), not very helpful and caring - the was a road repair work that completely blocked one side of the road and nobody notified us when we were leaving for a day trip. As a result we spent extra 2 hours for driving back with a 5 months baby! It was very annoying and stressful. When we came back , our room door was locked and we waited another 40 minutes to be able to get into the room. The was no compensation suggested from the hotel for these inconveniences (like free dinner for example). Stupid rule about the fitness room - it’s closed at 8 p.m. Nobody was able to explain why. Why can’t a person make exercise after dinner before slip? Water! It smells, ok, they put everywhere notes with explanation that it comes from swamps but it’s actually good. Not a word about if you can drink it or not! Normally in Germany you can drink tap water. If this one is not drinking water, then the hotel should provide unlimited access to the drinking one , like bottles on the floor or water coolers.

Positive: The facilities were excellent including the gym. Very good breakfast.

Negative: I could not stand a stinky smell in the reception/bar. Difficult to communicate if one does not speak German. Cleaning of the room was not properly done… We were moved from our fixed table without being informed.

Summary: It was okey! Quality/price a bit overpriced.
