Positive: We loved our stay at Volarik, mainly for its relaxed atmosphere and the great, friendly, always-smiling staff. I really enjoyed the décor and the spa. The restaurant CROP is amazing—not traditional food, but very tasty. We even had the schnitzel twice! The hotel complements the relaxed atmosphere of the city and the castle perfectly.

Positive: We liked the room, it was clean and nicely equipped however the bed was too high in comparing the ceiling, we hit our head several times. Breakfast was good, nice surrounding. Perfect location, when using wellness you can observe the castle which is imposing. The cooling pound outside is cute.

Negative: The attitude of personal. Nice surrounding but not very involved personal. We were asking several times by 3 girls at the reception to fix TV but none cared. By the breakfast the pineapple looked that it remembered better times already, one guest standing next to me was showing this to the waitress and she said that it was probably frozen and left.

Summary: Very nice and cozy hotel with a potential but human factor is a little pain here.
