Positive: Room was very clean and staff is great. The pool and wellness are excellent.
Negative: The AC on our room dis not work. We visited in March so its okay as I just kept the window opened all the time but I would die there during summer... The dinner and breakfast buffets were ok but nothing special.

Negative: Modern from the outsidebut very very outdated i side. Rooms had stained, smelly carpets. Furniture was old and outdated. Rooms were boiling hot Such an expensive hotel.
