Positive: The owners were delightful people, very welcoming. The facilities were perfectly decorated and comfortable.

Negative: The house smelled of stale old cigarette smoke, which was obvious from the moment l entered. Upstairs smelled of cigarettes too, and so did my room. Very offputting, and l wouldn't stay there again, even though the people are lovely and have clearly put a lot of work into the place.

Summary: Great place but unfortunate smell of old fags.
