Positive: The location is lovely with nice countryside views. George was very nice and accommodating. It was spacious and me and my partner had full access to a big kitchen to make meals for ourselves. The bathroom was also very spacious and relaxing. The bed was comfortable and even has an electric blanket which was a nice touch. I’d definitely visit again.

Negative: You’d have to be very picky to point out any major issues.

Positive: I was traveling with my film crew to cover the World Karting Championship. It turned out that our plane was delayed, but the owner met us at 4 am! Thanks to him for that. The place itself is magnificent, after the noise of the engines - silence and birds singing. Excellent rest. Excellent equipment - there is everything you need to prepare breakfast, dinner and English tea.

Negative: After the usual Italian shower, English one seemed weak - which is understandable given the high prices for everything. You won't be able to douse yourself with a powerful shower. :-)

Summary: Great memories. Horses after horse powers !

Positive: Wellbet Farm was among the best places we stayed on our recent trip to the UK. The farm setting was peaceful and relaxing, the accommodations clean & comfortable, and Bob, our host, extremely helpful, engaging and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the farm setting, evening walks in the nearby village, & the great dinner we had at the local pub. A thoroughly enjoyable stay. Would definitely stay again!

Negative: Nothing, though I would offer a suggestion to post a few kitchen rules so guests know what is expected of them. We stayed at a handful of places during our trip where we experienced the “tragedy of the commons” where people didn’t clean up after themselves. It wasn’t a problem at Wellbet Farm since we were the only ones at the property during our stay, but it could help avoid problems when the accommodation is fully booked.
