Costa Mediterranea is our proposal for an alternative and certainly cheaper holiday with the convenience of staying in a cozy villa, the possibility to reach the beach without using the car, as positioned at 50 meters from the sea.
Costa Mediterranea is a spacious, comfortable and independent villa: the villa has a living area of 150m² and is equipped with everything you need to feel at home during your stay.
The villa internally offers a comfortable kitchen with stove, oven, fridge and all the necessary accessories, well-lit dining area, a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet and 4 large bedrooms. The villa is also equipped with air conditioning, WI-FI Internet, washing machine, fan and TV .

Summary: We had a great place to enjoy Sicili. Close to the beach, BBQ, washmachine availble. Only negatif thing is that you can hear the next house very good.

Summary: I thought I was booking a 3 bedroom 2 bath villa. When we got there they said they thought only 2 people were coming, we had 4. It shouldn't have mattered. Even if it was only 2, if it says 3 beds and 2 baths it should have that. My son and his wife left and went to a hotel, which ruined our family vacation. The pictures they show on this site are all 4 of their places put together. There was no living room, so when the mosquito's came out there was no where to sit except in the kitchen, which wasn't very comfortable. The toilet outside was small, we could barely close the door. There was not a second shower. The mosquito's came into the villa at night and ate us alive. There was a locked gate that you had to open to enter the area. It did make you feel safe but was extremely hard to unlock, all the residents had trouble with it. The 2 nice things I can say is that it was very clean and sitting outside on the covered terrace was nice.

Summary: Everything was perfect: it was our second time here and we enjoyed our stay. Its a huge villa and we had enough space, also for the car. Everything works, the Wi-Fi, the electric household appliances, and everything was clean. The villa is placed less than 1 minute from the beach, what is very comfortable. There is everything you need in the house to spend nice holidays and Nino gave us useful tips and was very helpful. So everything was very easy with his help.

Summary: The best part of this home was its location. Short walk to the beach, and a nice bar and gelato place (the only restaurant on the beach that was open during our off-season stay). There were several beach restaurants within walking distance that we assume would be open during high season. It was an easy drive into Ceflau (15 minutes) and quick access to the highway to Palmero (45 minutes away). Nino was very accessible in case of any problems (we had none). The house was cute and clean. It was fairly well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and other items needed to cook meals, but you will need to buy even the basics like salt, pepper, and oils for food.

Summary: The house was well kept and the kitchen well equipped. There is a patio with comfortable lounge chairs and the outdoor porch has a table and chairs where you can have a meal. The proximity to the beach was wonderful we could go late in the afternoon after visiting surrounding area. Nino was very accommodating and helpful. The train to Palermo or Messina can be taken at the Campofelice station. This was a very relaxing vacation.

Summary: This villa is spotlessly clean and a credit to the owner (Nino). Situated less then 1 min from the beach this is ideal for everybody. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants along the sea shore. This property has a proper BBQ outside if you like to cook yourself. The kitchen is also well stocked with utensils. There is a well stocked super market nearby but you will need a car. The train station is a short drive away. (3-4 mins away). We really had a great time and we will return again. Nino is very helpful and as he says "If your not happy-Nino's not happy". Genuine nice man.

Summary: The villa is really adapted for familial Holidays. It is big, well equipped with a big terrace, outside shower, barbecue near the table outside. It is located at a few meters from the beach in a closed area. Therefore parents may be secured when children play outside the villa.

Summary: My husband and I spent a very good time in Sicily. Big, huge house in a quiet area, near the sae - perfect! Everything was like it was written in the description, even the internet was very fast. Huge bedrooms and a lot of space. It was clean (it even smelled well!!) and in general in a really good condition. There is a lot of space in front of the house, so we parked our car right where we could see it and we didn't have to search for a parking. The landlord was very nice and helpful, he offered us to call him whenever we needed. We definitely would rent this villa again, 5 Stars and best wishes from us.

Summary: A great beach house that had all the amenities, such as proximity to the sea, restaurants and surroundings. You have to have a car to get to shops etc. but the sea went on for 2 minutes. The house was well equipped, clean and tidy but had only one proper bedroom, remaining bedrooms had no doors so it was hard to sleep. The mosquitoes were a big problem when the heat made us to have windows open in the night. We can recommend this house for future guests as a good accommodation in a stunning location, Sicily.

Summary: Just arrived home. Had lovely 2 weeks in Campofelice di Roccella. The villa is exactly as described. It is part of 4 of the same building with separate entrances and enough privacy to enjoy your holidays. Our villa was very clean and well maintained. On the ground floor we had a well equipped kitchen, bathroom and a double bedroom. Upstairs bedroom had 3 single beds and a balcony. Downstairs bedroom which is in the basement (very nice and cool during summer months) had 3 single beds. Outside we had a big table on the terrace, also 4 sun-bed chairs and a round plastic table with chairs beside b-b-q. Outside shower is really handy when you are back from the sea full of sand. The villa is only 40 mts away from the sea which is handy if you have small kids or in case you forgot something. There is a beach umbrella in the villa. The beach is a mixture is sand and pebbles and sandy bottom in the sea. It's quit shallow which is safe for the kids. There are a few cafes along the beach where you can get snacks, drinks and ice-cream and also rent a peddle boat or canoe. Local bakery delivers bread and pastries, you can make arrangements for the bread to be delivered to you everyday. The villa is about 5 min drive from the local supermarket which has everything you need including a lovely selection of wines. Lovely town of Cefalu is 20 min drive. A must to see! If you want to go to Palermo save yourself a stress of driving and find parking - take a train. Train station 5 min away. The journey takes 40 min and you arrive in the centre of Palermo, ticket €4.65 one way make sure you stamped it or it wouldn't be valid. Go on Sat or Sun when the locals go to the beach. Nino and his wife are lovely genuine couple and only telephone call away if you need them. They are honest and take pride in their property. They have limited English but enough to get by. I definitely recommend this place and hope to see them next year.
