Positive: Good Wifi signal. Well equipped first floor apartment with clean bedrooms, lounge/diner and kitchen. Bathroom with decent size bath towels, including a shower curtain over the bath with shower taps. Rooms with rugs on laminate floor. Quiet location on the edge of a town over looking fields at the back. Short drive to retail park for supermarket. Apartment stayed warm and uncarpeted floor was easy to keep clean. Easy parking for 2 cars on flat gravel drive. Comfortable double mattress for short stay.

Negative: Uncarpeted parts of hallway were noisy especially noticed at night time. Hanging rails in bedrooms were too close to head level, be careful not to bump head. Beware of 1 step down into bathroom. Limited TV channels available. Low double bed.

Positive: place was good and had everything we needed. close to tesco, in wales and asda in chester. quiet enough althgouh could occasionally hear coughing at night from the neighbours place

Negative: SPIDERS! loads of spiders in the place. i understand in a farm but bare that in mind if you have trouble with them

Positive: Hosts were generous with the extras such as providing the tea coffees milk etc., really appreciated the flowers, cake and biscuits. The flat had everything we needed and more. Location was great as a base for day trips and to have a major shopping and entertainment centre just down the road was great.

Negative: Bed was a little hard for our taste. The windows, even though double glazed, had large gaps in the frames. In the high winds of the storm on the last 2 nights, the whistling and draughts made it hard to sleep. I ended up folding card to try and plug the gaps. Other windows were the same, could be the age of the building making windows difficult to fit.

Summary: Lovely flat, well presented and great facilities.
