Summary: There were small glitches as with EVERY home ever built. BUT the response to these glitches and the immediacy to get them straightened out was impressive. I stayed here for 2 months so I really got to know the house and neighborhood. It was a great fit for me.

Summary: very modern facility regarding check in and out. updated home, quiet neighborhood close to grocery, restaurants, YMCA, near highway for quick trips to all parts of town. beware of clear stains on the floor that make it look dirty, but it's just a installation defect. We loved our stay, will definitely recommend and return.

Summary: I will say the house is quite nice. I love the modern look and the amenities. The location is really good and the neighborhood is pretty good. Entering the house I had a little issue, because the keycode wasn't working. So I had to contact the property managers to update the code so I could get into the house. Inconvenient, but not a big deal. The cleaning crew could do a better job, again not a huge deal, except for the huge dead roach outside the bedroom closet. What I had an issue with, and this was the major issue, I rented this house specifically because it had a pool. When we got there and looked at the pool, it was half full with green algae and crud and dirt in it. The pump/filter tubes were disconnected and laying on the ground. NOWHERE in their description or any correspondence with me did they ever mention the pool wasn't operational and/or unavailable for our use!!! If you're going to mention a pool in your description, make sure there is one there to use, especially when the heat index is 105 degrees!! I was pretty upset about this because like I said I specifically rented this house for the pool, I could have rented another house, in the same area for cheaper but thought this was an awesome feature. This rental company needs to learn to communicate with their customers better or change the description.

Summary: Nice house! Great Location! Everything was clean when we arrived. We cooked every meal over the weekend and the kitchen and dining room were spacious and perfect for meals. We will definitely use Shaun and Toni again!

Summary: The house was very cute, cozy and clean! We had a nice relaxing stay! The pool was wonderful entertainment for my 6 year old son who just learned to swim this summer! It is centrally located to great shopping, the Montgomery Zoo, and downtown. We even took a day and drove up to the Desoto Caverns. Shaun and Tony were wonderful hosts and very easy to work with! Definitely recommend this property!

Summary: We stayed in Montgomery for a baseball tournament, but didn’t want to stay in a hotel. This house was just what we were looking for. My family enjoyed the pool & 5G WiFi, and there is a big neighborhood park within a 5 min walk from the house we used to exercise our dog we brought along. We would stay here again without question, and would recommend it to others without hesitation.
