Summary: Property needs attention. Basic maintenance and cleaning needed. Rental also need some updating and cleaning/maintenance performed. Needs older furniture replaced and tvs and entertainment updated. Microwave touhpad is loose, disposal making very loud sounds, sink drains in bathrooms very slow, mold in caulk in master shower, stains on curtains in master. The balcony sliding door needs maintenance and is very hard to use. Furniture on balcony is rusted. WiFi is horrible, I tested it at 7mb/s and had to use my phone as a hotspot to get a respectable speed. Had to use laptop for entertainment in room for kids as there is no smart tv and only very basic cable with a broken remote. Get rid of the rug in the entry that doesn't fit and won't let front door open and close correctly. Wouldn't rent again unless it was updated and maintenance issues addressed.

Summary: What a pretty condo! All the amenities that you could ask for, plenty kitchen gadgets and everything to make you feel like home. However, the Tidewater complex felt like it was at capacity. They only had one pool open which was so packed it was not enjoyable but also their private beach area had at least 1,000 people on the small area. We had to awaken at 6 am to set out our 10x10 to ensure a spot and quite frank, we should have gotten up at five. I live in Florida and frequent the beach often, I never thought that Panama City would feel so claustrophobic. The Elevator situation was a whole other level. I took the stairs 90% of the time because waiting for an elevator will take 20 minutes. Thank goodness we were just on the sixth floor because the elevator situation lasted all week long.
