Summary: Older house recently updated but poorly completed....drywall dust not cleaned up, loose door handles, kitchen drawers that did not work properly, over the stove microwave with cord that came out and plugged in counter outlet. Spring rental, and the ants and lady bugs were sharing the space. BUT....the price was right....so lower your expectations and be happy!
