Summary: Pros: Pool, we truly enjoyed every moment of it. We are Washingtonians through and through, staying in the heat would have been unbearable if there wasn't a pool. Size: perfect for 4 adults, however second bedroom was tight with the giant dresser in the corner. Owner: very easy to get a hold of with questions. Cons: No extra blankets in the house for lounging. No card or board games for the late nights inside since the noise ordinance at 7:30pm. 7:30pm noise ordinance. Outside lights are all motion censored, why not make them guest choice if they want it on or off. Could not sit outside for long as they kept turning off/on/off/on + early noise ordinance. Master bedroom fan wouldn't stay on. Trying to sign onto the tv since there were no games, not being able to sign into our own streaming accounts is kind of ridiculous. Second room is not a true Queen size mattress. It had to be a Full, which I understand using, because they could not fit a Queen into that room with the giant dresser taking up the corner. Overall, good place for a cool off in the pool and a place to lay your head. Not great for hanging out.

Summary: All of us (my wife, our 2 dogs, and me) could not be happier with the experience. The house was perfect for us. It was spotless, spacious, well plenished, and comfortable. The fenced-in back yard took our worries away when our dogs were outside. The pool was wonderful. We spent quite a bit of time in it. We have friends in the area so we are planning to return. When we do, our intentions are to stay there again.

Summary: Loved the open floor plan. The kitchen had most everything I needed to cook several meals during my 2 week stay. The private pool was nice to sit by (too cold outside to get in it). I will definitely stay here again when I come back to the area.

Summary: We stayed in this lovely home for the month of March. It was clean, comfortable and close to shopping. The host was great at responding to questions and concerns. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: We stayed the last half of January. The house was just as advertized . . . great location, very convenient, close to shopping and eats. This was a great place to relax. Nice quiet neighborhood. Nice amenities even if January isn't exactly time to take a dip in the unheated pool! Wonderful gas fireplace, a real bonue. Even enjoyed the wild life. Lots of birds, road runners, quail woodpeckers. We love Green Valley and we're pretty busy for septuagenarians, and this place was nice to return to every day. We would give this property serioius consideration when seeking to rent in GV again.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay in a quiet neighborhood. We were close to golf, hiking, shopping, and exploring southern AZ! We had enough room to entertain friends for dinner one night. We would recommend!!!
